Chef Sam Hayek harnesses his extensive experience in launching and operating cafes to provide consulting. He believes all facets of a business are important and works with his clients to optimise profits by ensuring their business is set up and run in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

He has experience in café building and has set up over 10 cafes around Sydney. Sam can offer whole-of-business services or consult in specific areas.

His services include design, fit out, building, menu development, training and sourcing product and equipment from suppliers.

During his time on the Sydney hospitality scene he has built contacts throughout the industry, which he utilises to help his clients build a successful business.
